
My intervention revolves around somatic BODY WORK, which affects integrated physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Your body landscape may need to recover and require a more focused approach to remove underlying stress triggers. By working through and with the body you may draw on the wisdom of your body to learn and embody the values and qualities that you consider important. To this end, I use holistic body work techniques such as MER (myofascial energetic release), breath, meditation and heart-focused touch.
Massage is more than luxury, especially if you are tired during and after a long working week. Together, we will choose the right type of massage to ease muscular tension and let the energy of life flow through your body to restore balance.
If you practice sports or engage regularly in training, a good massage will soothe and relax tense muscles or alleviate post-injury pain; it may even help recovery.
